Rates and Payments

1. Rates are subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax and no service charge.
2. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Daily rates apply for stays of less than one month.
4. No reimbursement of rental will be made in the event of early termination of stay.
5. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Conditions of Stay

Dear Guests,

For the safety, comfort, and convenience of all residents, please observe the following guidelines:

1. Suites Usage: The rooms should be used only as private residences. No visitors are allowed in the suites without prior notice to Kayal Residency and subject to terms and conditions set by the management.
2. Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff will not provide additional services outside their normal duties unless approved by Kayal Residency.
3. Property Alterations: Locks, doors, or any other property should not be tampered with. No external devices or aerials should be installed without prior consent from management.
4. Wall Decorations: No pictures, advertisements, or notices should be posted on the walls or common areas. Nails and screws should not be used on the walls.
5. Children’s Safety: Children should not play in stairways, corridors, lifts, or other unauthorized areas.
6. Electrical Systems: No electrical appliances or air-conditioning units should be installed in the suites without prior consent from Kayal Residency.
7. Suite Security: Always lock the main entrance door when the suite is unoccupied.
8. Energy Conservation: All lights and appliances should be turned off when not in use and particularly when leaving the suite unoccupied.
9. Parking Regulations: No illegal parking is allowed in the common areas, roads, or car parks of the building.
10. Clothes and Articles: Do not hang clothes, towels, or other items outside the suites or in common areas.
11. Waste Disposal: Rubbish should be disposed of properly in refuse bins. Do not throw waste into sinks, toilets, or common areas.
12. No Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the suites or in common areas of the building.
13. Noise and Disturbance: Please avoid excessive noise that may disturb other guests.
14. Water and Electricity: Please do not waste water or electricity. Excessive usage will incur additional charges.
15. Security Checks: All residents and visitors may be subject to security checks as required by staff.
16. Decent Attire: All residents and visitors should be decently clothed when using the common areas.
17. Damage Reporting: Any damage or defect within the suites or common areas should be reported to management immediately.
18. Unauthorized Persons: Inform Kayal Residency if there are any unauthorized persons loitering in the common areas.
19. Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the suites and along corridors is prohibited.
